Events

The suggestiveness of the territory and the romance of an old Tuscan village make the property an ideal location for organizing events, weddings, anniversaries or celebrating special moments that will remain forever in your memories and in your hearts.

Not only for the catering, but also for the photo shoot which, taking advantage of the surrounding landscape and the most hidden and evocative corners of the historic buildings of the nineteenth century, will become the unique reportage of an unforgettable day.

An extra fee is required which includes the rent of the common areas for the celebration of your wedding, the use of electricity and water, final cleaning, our presence on the wedding day and the use of an indoor room in case of bad weather it can accommodate up to 70 people maximum.

On request we offer the wedding planner service that we will organize internally to the structure. We do not have a restaurant inside the structure but we collaborate with different caterers who can organize the wedding dinner. Help in choosing the catering is included in the wedding planner service.

It is possible to organize a symbolic ceremony inside the property.

Disco music is allowed until 00:00 a.m. (except in the internal room), after this time background music is allowed in order not to disturb the neighborhood.

On request we can organize breakfasts, brunches, pizza evenings, pasta parties and porchetta parties.

Appartement Proneta 1 que nous occupions est bien équipé ( nombres d'assiettes, couverts, etc suffisant pour ne pas avoir à faire le vaisselle sans cesse) Le lieu était très propre à notre arrivée. La literie est tout à fait correcte. Terrasse extérieure partagée à l'ombre des arbres pour les repas très agréable.”
