This ancient Estate comprising 3 apartments is surrounded by lovely gardens: from its big terrace you can enjoy the beautiful panorama of the typical Tuscan countryside whilst having a barbecue outside or using the old style Italian wood oven. Access to the apartment called Proneta 1 (5-6 persons/100 smq) is through an open arched hallway.

The estate's private entrance is located on the ground floor on the right. There are two doors in the hall. The door to the right leads to a fully equipped bathroom with shower, in the center is a twin bedded room, and to the left, through an open arch is the spacious living/dining room with single sofa bed and kitchen corner. The kitchen is separated from the dining area by a low wall. It is fully equipped with gas range, oven, fridgefreezer and dishwasher.

On one side of the living room is a hall with door to a utilities room, and up two further steps, the hall continues and leads to a further bathroom with bathtub and washingmachine, then to a single bedroom and a double bedroom with splendid views over the hillside. Access to the apartment called Proneta 2 (5 persons/100smq) is through the open arched hallway.

An internal flight of stairs leads up to a landing where there are two doors: the one on the right is the private entrance to this apartment, and the one on the left is the private entrance to apartment Proneta 3. The door opens into a spacious open-plan living/dining room with kitchen corner. The kitchen is separated from the dining area by a low wall. It is fully equipped with gas range, oven, fridgefreezer and dishwasher.
Next to the kitchen is a hallway with doors leading to a double bedroom, to a twin bedded room, to a single bedroom and to a fully furnished bathroom with bathtub and washingmachine. The beds in the twin bedded room can be put together on request.
