Villa: Apartments Cappella 3 and Cappella 4

The apartment Cappella 3 (6 persons/120 smq) is located on the first floor and has private access from the internal courtyard up an external flight of stairs that lead to a furnished terrace overlooking the rolling hills. This private and spacious terrace is ideal for eating outside and enjoying the tranquil countryside atmosphere.

Villa Barberino Val d

The terrace opens into a spacious open-plan living/dining room area with fireplace and kitchen corner. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas range, oven, fridge and dishwasher. A door from the living area opens onto a corridor that leads to two twin bedded rooms, to a double bedroom and to two complete bathrooms: one with both bathtub and shower, and the other with shower.

Barberino Val d

Access to the apartment called Cappella 4 (2 persons/50 smq) is from the opposite end of the farmhouse with respect to Cappella 3. Private entrance is up an internal flight of stairs that lead to a landing. There are two doors at the top of the stairs: one opens into the main bathroom with shower cubicle, and the other opens into the kitchen/dining room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas range, oven and fridgefreezer. A door in the dining room opens into a very large double bedroom with sitting area. Across the internal corridor, opposite the apartment entrance, is a small, private furnished space for guest use.
