Access to the apartment referred to as Proneta 4 is through the glass doors at ground floor. Its private entrance is on the left into a spacious living/dining room. On the left is the modern kitchen corner that is fully equipped with gas range, electric oven, fridgefreezer and dishwasher.
Down two steps to the right, an ample open passage-way leads into the living/dining room with fireplace and glass doors that lead, down two steps, to a private,spacious, furnished garden.

Proneta 4 - Living-room

A door on the left hand side of the living room opens into a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower cubicle. A door on the right side of the living room opens onto a stairway that leads down to the lower floor landing.
Doors open into another fully equipped bathroom with shower cubcile and washing machine, and the other opens into a double bedroom (the bed can be separated into twins on request), with glass doors that lead back to the private garden. The apartment is very airy and luminous not to mention comfortably furnished.
