Cappella 1 - Living room

Apartment Cappella 1 is accessed from a beautiful internal courtyard on the ground floor and then up two short flights of stairs. The stairs lead to the apartment's private, furnished loggia (covered terrace). There are safety gates at the top and bottom of the stairs for children. The loggia is partially closed in by panoramic glass windows that make it ideal for eating out even in bad weather .

Cappella 1 - Room

From the loggia, a glass door opens into the living/dining room which has a beautiful fireplace and windows that offer panoramic views over the rolling countryside. A door to the left of the dining area opens into a comfortable, fully equipped kitchen with gas range, electric oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher. From the hallway the double bedroom, twin bedded room and the two bathrooms with shower. There is a washing machine in one of the bathrooms.
