the farmhouse is located just a few hundred metres from the town of Assemini, its location offers visitors the chance to spend a period of tranquillity in the countryside, without to renounce the convenience of city life.
The farm is part of a company farming family who, like most companies that deal with farm in
Sardinia, is composed of various plots and not a single large estate.
Farm: approximately 50 hectares of property are divided between mountain (Monte Arcosu) and the lowlands in agro of Assemini, these are cultivated more land to cereal and fodder, which is the main feeding the sheep, consisting of a flock of about 500 animals, with a production of meat and milk.
For several years, the company is also specializing in the production of oil and table olives, grown in olive grove planted by 12 years over an area of 10 hectares for a total of 4500 olive plants, besides a small garden fruit.
Rooms: the farm offers guests 8 confortabili rooms for a total of 20 beds of which 2 quadruple, 3 doubles, 2 doubles, 1 bedroom for the handicapped.
