Location: 19th century villa belongs to an ancient noble family of Arezzo.
The villa is today an elegant holiday house situated on the archaeological hill of Castelsecco that dominates Arezzo, distant only 2 km from the center of the city, attainable also on foot.
Dipped in the green of the Tuscany, it is the ideal place to pass unforgettable vacations to the standard of the relax, comfort and charm. The villa will be satisfying every requisite for a pleasant and unforgettable stay in Tuscany.
Swimming pool: the villa has served from a swimming pool (7x14m) located in the green of the hill next door the Villa, with a marvellous view of the city centre.
Description: the villa has an ample common room with few settee, long table, equipped kitchen and an external conservatory in front of the swimming pool, furnished with settee, tables and chairs. Internet wireless connection.
For families and groups it is possible to rent the whole structure for a week or more weeks.
It is surrounded by a historical park, with Atlantic cedars, pines, lecci and secular cypresses, in the centre of the garden is found an ancient greenhouse of particular triangular form.
Villa extends for around 10 hectares of woods and cultivated terraces to olive-grove, on the hill of Castelsecco, zone Etruscan, anciently city Necropolis.
Accommodation: the villa offers 7 apartments for rent of various typologies, well furnished, proper for the single traveller, to families, up to a group of Max 30 people.
