Description

Location: situated in the heart of Tuscany, between Volterra and San Gimignano, a few hundred metres away from the town of Cedri.

Surrounded by the lush settings of the Tuscan hills, the agritourism is located within the 39 hectares of a farmhouse, surrounded by over 700 olive trees and 3000 m² of vineyard.
The building is situated in a splendid panoramic position, at the highest part of the entire farm.

The structure: completely renovated in the traditional Tuscan style both in terms of its decoration as well as finishings, with aged bricks and rafters. Situated a few dozen metres away from the agritourism, the restaurant offers breakfast on a daily basis.
Services: we offer the laundry facilities thanks to the use of vouchers available at the reception.

Apartments: all the apartments have large kitchen-living areas with Tuscan style kitchens fully equipped with home comforts (dishwashers, stoves, etc…), dual air-conditioning, large main bedrooms with wrought-iron beds (some of which canopied).

Rooms: the four rooms available, two with panoramic view and spacious external balconies and two with view overlooking the swimming pool area, are all double bedrooms while the apartments vary from two, four to six beds (with the possibility of adding another bed on request).
From the large terrace you can view unforgettable sunsets in the most complete relaxation, maybe while reading a book or drinking an excellent Tuscan wine.
Despite the distance you can even be able to catch a glimpse of the sea during the brighter days.

Products: inside the building you can also taste oil, wine and traditional own produced products.

The farmhouse: situated inside 490 hectares of a faunal reserve, offers the possibility of splendid walking excursions, during which (with a bit of luck) you will be able to see several local species of animals, such as squirrels, hares, roes, pheasants, etc…
Our qualified staff will inform you of local feasts and celebrations and cultural events taking place in the area, and also about the most popular places to go. All of this to guarantee you an unforgettable stay in our Tuscany!
