The property

Scrofiano, a tiny historical Tuscan town is, itself, the perfect expression of this dream and la Sinalunga 1940 is right in the centre of it, overlooking the Val di Chiana and the wonderful hills of the "senese" countryside.

The building: the building has been beautifully restored and transformed into a particularly hight standard residence, preserving the original architectural features of its tower, dating back to the 11th century and the ancient monastery.
