Ciao, on your next holiday to Tuscany stay at the Serre di Rapolano 877, a farmhouse in Tuscany by Rapolano Terme (Spa) near Siena, Arezzo and Cortona.
Spend your farm holiday away from the crowds of the main cities on our traditional Tuscany farmhouse and surround yourself with green rolling hills and olive trees. You will still be close enough to the cities to visit museums and monuments, but you'll also discover the tranquility and beauty of rural Tuscany.
 The Podere
The property is set in the beautiful tuscan countryside between the medieval capitals; Siena, Arezzo and Perugia. It stands on an outcrop of travertine rock, and looks over a wooded valley to the castle of San Gimignanello.
Originally erected as a monastery in 1354, the structure was built around a central courtyard and is surrounded by spacious gardens, woods and an olive grove. There is a lake 3 minutes walk through the woods, and an ancient cave which travels under the courtyard and hill, exiting in the local village (blocked).
 The courtyard has a floor of travertine bedrock. It is decorated with wisteria, jasmine, a clump of bamboos and a fig tree.
The gardens provide open spaces for sunbathing, surrounded by trees and flowerbeds. There is an arbour with a view across the valley, perfect for reading a book or having a bbq.
The garden is equipped with deck chairs for sunbathing, bbq’s, and tables and chairs.
 B&B Rooms
There are ensuite rooms available.
There is a 10% discount for stays of more than 4 days, and 20% for more than 6 days.
The Houses
There is a choice of 3 houses -‘Casa Araba’, ‘Casa Gemini’ and ‘Casa Torre’. They are available on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday (we can be more flexible in the slow seasons). You may choose your arrival day for new year, and stay extra days.
