Departure from Podere la San Gimignano 544 for the Nordic Walking session with A.N.W.I Instructor The class is divided in 2 sessions of 2 hrs each. The Nordic Walking iswith ANWI Instructor. The purpose of the class is to learn how to walk in the most natural way using the walking stiks and a correct style.
Nordic walking is a Finnish walk with sticks . It started as Summer training for Nordic skiers. Gradually it has become a real and proper discipline practiced the whole year round.It can be practiced by everyone and relies on its simplicity and the accessibility of walking together with moments which involve the whole body, very similar to Nordic skiing. The result is a complete exercise to the body which burns calories without forcing yourself or walking fast.
Walking sticks and didatics will be provvided to all the group.
In between the two sections a pic nic will be provvided.
