San Gimignano 1512 is a completely restored rural hamlet in which the two holidays homes are situated.
There is a swimmingpool 4 x 9 m.

Exteriors

They consist in a portion of the old farm living quarters and ex-barn, both very comfortable and spacious.
The hamlet is situated in a happy position, geographically.

Landscape

At only a five minute walk from the Mediaeval town centre it is immersed in the tranquillity of country life, surrounded by the renowned Vernaccia vines and the olive groves producing our high quality oil.

Moreover, Borghettino is situated within the boundaries of a wide protected area for the re-introduction and breeding of wild fauna. Walking round the farm it is not rare to see pheasants, hares and even roe-deer and wild boar.
