Small and old stone house in the heart of the Radicofani 1619, with a very small terrace among trees, that dominates an immense panoramic view.

It is possible to see fields, hills and small lakes that are located in the farm, mountains and the history of Val d'Orcia. The conservative restoration and its antique furnishings are able to keep a refined atmosphere in the Casetta.

Restored in 1986 independent house - xvi cent. approximately 40 sq.mts - max capacity: sleeps 7

Rooms and Accommodations:
- Ground floor: One double room with en-suite shower room, one room with french bed with en-suite shower room, both independent. First floor: Sitting/dining room with fireplace, TV and kitchen area.
One double room, one twin room, one bathroom.

Swimming pool:
(7x14 Mt.) not in exclusive.

Equipment Kitchen:
Kitchen with cooker and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, clothes closet, hair-drier, wash machine, television, videotape.

Services:
Waste removing. Linen change once a week (Saturday).
For week- end and long week end, firewood for fire place , the every day arrangement, break fast with products of our farm, hands made pie and fresh milk, biological product , heating to consumption.

Additional services:
by separate payment- Heating during winter time. Telephone. E-mail, fax, internet by office. Picking up, transfers, rent-a-car reservation. Hotel, restaurant, tickets, taxi reservation. Baby sitting.
Additional domestic help. Cooking.
Dinners c/o Granaio ( reservation at least 2 days in advance).
Mountain bike rental ( reservation in advance).
