 It has a defensive tower, dated back in year 1000, enlarged during 1400; it is a fascinating house full of history and secrets kept throughout the centuries.
Surrounded by a large Italian garden, it dominates the Borgo of Castelvecchio with discrete and refined authority. In the main floor there are one room dedicated to the hunting and the trophies and a large wine cellar. A small and ancient wooden door, that belonged to the Perignano's fortress destroyed by the Siena’s population in 1400, is the entrance of a very important living room with a large fireplace, small bathroom and a large fully-equipped wardrobe.
 At the first floor: a large and antique kitchen, one double room with private shower room, one suite with sitting room with piano and one suite (one twin room and one single room) with shower room. At the second floor: one double bedroom, one shower room , one master bedroom with bathroom.
One separate suite, that has one double bedroom, a single bedroom, one master bedroom with bathroom. There are three master bedrooms with canopy beds and bathrooms facing a large corridor. All the windows on the second floor, have a beautiful view overlooking the valley, fields, lakes, woods, mountains and historic cities. Is not unusual to see deers , roe deers , wild boars.
