It treats of a done villa to build from one ancestor of mine around 1850. The stately pines of the avenue have been planted at the end of the construction of the building. The terrestrial e' of the extension of around 3 hectares with an attached wood of my ownership of around mean hectare.
Among the varied ones cried by fruit and not, secular eucalyptuses, trees of fig trees, almonds, apricots, apples quinces, pears wild, pomegranates.

Among the other services, external shower and firewood oven.
The villa separated e' in two parts: that principal and the annex rentable together or separately. Especially in the periods of tall and tall season it is desirable the first solution. In the principal part there are two great rooms (stay and saloon) more three rooms from read by 2+1, anti-kitchen, kitchen, two closets. In the annex there am a room from bed 2+1 a closet and a stay adaptable kitchen to room from bed if the whole structure is rented.
