Description

The house lies in a panoramic position with a view of the sea, and you arrive at the house along the road that leads to Amalfi Coast, and lies about 4 kms from Amalfi.

It stands on a rise and is reached along about 70/80steps. As you enter the terrace you start to take in the beautiful panorama that surrounds the property.

The furnishings are simple but comfortable, and the equipment includes: washing-machine, TV, cd player, DVD and oven in the kitchen. Outside, the garden is formed by a series of connected typical lemon terraces. The Maiori 1646 House is in centre town and is the nearest town for shopping. Due to parking difficulties it's much more convenient to leave the car in the parking and travel to Amalfi Coast by bus or by boat, that way everything is much easier and you can enjoy the extraordinary beauty of this stretch of coast in peace and quiet.

The rocky coast offers enchanting inlets everywhere and the nearest beaches are about 400metres. Maiori, a splendid town, lies about the same distance away. Ground Floor: entrance, kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, 1 double bedroom,1 twin bedroom with dining room equipped with table and chairs. Large panoramic terrace with access from all the rooms, furnished for dining outside and umbrella and deckchairs. The panorama is unforgettable!
