Our cuisine favours typical Umbrian products such as cold meats, cheeses and fresh,home made pasta; red meat from Chianina cattle reared on our own farm, to savour as “carpaccio” (thin slices of raw beef), fillet steaks or Fiorentina; vegetables and herbs grown on the farm. Home-made desserts and finally the excellent white truffles and extra virgin olive oil complete those flavours and smells typical of Umbrian and Tuscan cooking.

The restaurant is open every day except Mondays both for lunch and dinner and is also open to non-residents.
