The living room/kitchen are found on the ground floor of the house: the large living room is perfect for convivial evenings, with its dining table sea-ting 12 when fully extended, a large fireplace, a comfortable sofa and three armchairs, a large digital TV with video recorder, DVD, Sky Cinema, Playsta-tion 2, a collection of films on video, a small library with books in Italian. A small local wines selection is available for guests at affordable prices.
Kitchen
The adjoining kitchen is finely furnished and equipped with all you will ne-ed: a 5-burner hob, large electric oven, dishwasher, large fridge with free-zer, microwave, filter coffee machine, lemon squeezer, electric hand-mixer, feeding bottle warmer, kitchen implements, dishes for 24 place-settings, saucepans and frying pans, kitchen linen.
Outside the kitchen, beneath a pergola covered in creepers, is found a ser-vice hob, the barbecue, a table and benches for eating comfortably out among the greenery... to spend the warm summer days al fresco.
In the adjacent laundry room, for the use of guests, there is a washing ma-chine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board and service fridge.
Porch
A large porch furnished with a table, chairs and a hammock. The view from the porch is totally charming.
Just outside the porch another relaxing point where to enjoy and incredible rolling hills panorama. A wild life reserve at your front, where you can watch wild animals as fasans, roe deer, birds.
The table in the garden is perfect for al fresco barbecue or for a common aperitivo.
The house is rented completely furinshed with luxury bed linens (silky cot-ton linens, duvets, many pillows, bed covers and blankets).
Bath robes: hands, bidet, guest, shower towels, soaps, toilet paper. Wine cellar present at affordable price. Private chef available for dinners.
Sun terrace
The sun terrace is situated above the porch, and is accessible from two be-drooms. It has an incredible panoramic view overlooking the country side.
