The annex: is a small romantic open space, perfect to accomodate up to 3 people in a queen size bed facing at the fireplace and TV, and a single.
The main room is separated by a open wall with a arc, dividing the sleeping area by the dining area. The small kitchen room, all open with glass windows looking the flowers garden, has all equipment tools: dishwasher, fridge, 4 point gas, small oven, american coffee machine and much more.
Just outside the kitchen a small pergola with table and barbecue to enjoy the quite of outside living. The bathroom is with tub-shower, WC, bidet, washing machine, wardrobe room.

Privacy and independence: the entrance from the gate - part of the garden is shared from the Villa and the Annex. There are pets belonging to the property and guests are free to bring their own without extra charge.

Albino, Sartiano, etc. to points of sightseeing, artistic and enogastronomic interest like Montepulciano, Pienza, Cetona and Cittā della Pieve. All these places can be reached in 20 minutes by car.
