Chiusi 1568 is immersed in the Chiusi countryside, in the province of Siena, in between the Val di Chiana and the Val d'Orcia, standing on a hill overlooking a valley of incomparable beauty: rolling hills covered with vine-yards, and a wood that has been set aside as a wild-life reserve. But really near (1,5 Km) many facilities as supermarket and restaurants, motorway exit between Firenze and Roma (both 140 Km).
The proprety has a remote controlled gate entrance and a private garden. Covered car parking for 4 cars/moto.
The property comprises two dwellings: the
main Villa (9 pax) in 4 large double bedrooms and
the Annex (3 pax) an indipendent open space near the Villa with a queen bed and a single rented separately or togheter if available (up to 12 guests).
Villa description: the Villa has two floors, four double bedrooms to accommodate up to nine guests (8 + 1 additional single bed) at the first floor.
The living room/kitchen area on the ground floor, it has:
- Very large Hall with fireplace, dining table seating x 12, sofa and 3 ar-mchairs, Sat TV, DVD, PS2
- kitchen room, with all best facilities, like dishwasher, large oven, micro-wave, american coffee, toaster, and everythink you may need, including so-aps
- two very large bathrooms with hydromassage shower, WC, bidet
- Large porch at ground floor, and sun terrace at first floor
- Pergola with large stone table, a barbecue, chairs and hammock
- laundrette with washing machine and washing soaps available
- surrounding garden: near the house flowers all spring long, then in sum-mer is available the vegetable garden with tomatoes and strawberries, also many fruit trees when available.
Guests have free access to a PC in the Villa, and a Mac in the Annex, served by a wireless broadband connection.
On the ground floor:
- A large porch furnished with table, chairs and a hammock
- Dining room with ample fireplace, armchairs and sofa, digital TV (Sky Ci-nema included, Playstation 2, and a small library of books in Italian)
- Dinette kitchen furnished with all you will need (pans, dishes, appliances, blender, filter coffee machine, microwave oven, large oven, dishwasher, large fridge)
- Bathroom with hydro-massage shower, supply of towels for guests
- Open air pergola, next to the kitchen, furnished with a table and benches; a second hob for guests to cook and eat out in the open
- Laundry room with washing machine, a sink for laundry, and a second ser-vice fridge.
On the first floor:
are situated the four double bedrooms, plus a single bed available on re-quest, to accommodate up to 9 people.
All rooms are finely furnished with double beds, wardrobe, and high quality bed linen. One room contains a TV with satellite.
