Podere Chiusi 1568 is a typical Tuscan stone and brick farmhouse of 1850, recently renovated, and is available for rent on a weekly basis or for weekends. It consists of four double bedrooms and accommodates up to nine guests (8 + 1 additional single bed). The farmhouse has two floors: the living room/kitchen area on the ground floor, the bedroom/bathroom area on the first floor; it has a reception hall, kitchen, two bathrooms, porch and sun terrace, pergola with a barbecue, laundrette, surrounding garden, remote controlled entrance gate to the estate and covered parking for three cars.
Guests have free access to a computer with a wireless ADSL connection.
The property comprises two dwellings: the main house and the annex, where the owner lives.
Privacy and independence are guaranteed: the entrance - part of the garden - is shared. There are pets belonging to the property and guests are free to bring their own without extra charge. Podere Chiusi is ideal for families and children, and anyone who loves a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature, the magnificent landscapes of the Sienese Hills, taking advantage of its convenient position enabling tourists to make the most of nearby commercial facilities.
It is easily reached, and a variety of nearby points of interest and spas offer visitors the chance to savour Tuscany and the region of Tuscany known as the "Crete Senesi": from the famous thermal spas of Chianciano Terme, San Casciano dei Bagni, S. Albino, Sartiano, etc. to points of sightseeing, artistic and enogastronomic interest like Montepulciano, Pienza, Cetona and Cittā della Pieve. All these places can be reached in 20 minutes by car.
Although it is in the middle of open countryside amongst olive groves, some used as gardens and others for the production of oil, Podere Chiusi 1568 III lies just 2 kilometres from the Chiusi-Chianciano Terme exit off the Al Motorway.
Podere Chiusi 1568 is immersed in the Chiusi countryside, in the province of Siena, in between the Val di Chiana and the Val d'Orcia, standing on a hill overlooking a valley of incomparable beauty: rolling hills covered with vineyards, and a wood that has been set aside as a wild-life reserve.

On the ground floor:
- A large porch furnished with table, chairs and a hammock;

- Dinette kitchen furnished with all you will need (pans, dishes, appliances, blender, filter coffee machine, microwave oven, large oven, dishwasher, large fridge);
- Bathroom with hydro-massage shower, supply of towels for guests;
- Open air pergola, next to the kitchen, furnished with a table and benches; a second hob for guests to cook and eat out in the open;
- Laundry room with washing machine, a sink for laundry, and a second service fridge.
On the first floor:
are situated the four double bedrooms, plus a single bed available on request, to accommodate up to 9 people.
All rooms are finely furnished with double beds, wardrobe, and high quality bed linen. One room contains a TV with satellite.
