Composition: the villa is divided in two floors; at the ground floor there are the services, kitchen, dining and living rooms, and a bedroom with private bathroom fitted also for disables.
Adjacent to the kitchen there is an external terrace for outdoor dining.
On the southern side of the house, two shady terraces run all over the facade, with access from the bed rooms and the living.
