Description

From a wise restructuring of an ancient agricultural structure of the beginning of the 1900's takes life the farmhouse.

The resort is set at an altitude of 600 meters on the summit of a pass which dominates the underlying valley of the river and the surrounding hills; dipped in the green of the hills of Chianti, between ancient woods and vineyards, this structure is an ideal place for a peaceful vacation, or as point of departure to visit our splendid cities of art.

The resort is 20kms from Siena and 35kms from Florence and San Gimignano. The villa is suitable for 4 people and consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, multifunctional whirlpool shower, and a large kitchen with all the comforts: satellite TV system, dishwasher, oven, freezer and washer. From one of the two rooms can be accessed the great terrace with porch from which is possible to arrive on the ample garden with sight on the hills of Chianti and on the valley of the river Pesa

The garden is endowed with a barbecue where you can cook meat to the grate and equipped with a table and chairs to eat outdoor. From the garden there's a wood with many paths where you can walking and relaxing during your vacation.
