They have simple and functional furnishings and all rooms have their original timbered ceilings and Tuscan terracotta flooring.

Services - exterior: our guests can enjoy the swimming pool (20 x 10) with its adjacent hydromassage pool, ortry a relaxing massage below the patio of the swimming poo lwhere there is also a small heep-fit area.
A range of signposted tracks can be explored by mountain bike, which we are happy to rent to our guests.
Cooking: you can use our barbecue and wood-fired oven. If you wish to enjoy local specialities from our regional Tuscan cuisine, you can come to our restaurant, 100 m away, with direct access from the residence

Services - interior: each apartment has its own separate entrance and own garden or patio, with a table, chairs, and sunshade.
Inside, every apartment has its own fully equipped cooking area, with plates and cutlery and a microwave oven, while the lounge area has a TV satellite.
In addition, there is a safe, and twin bathrooms (apart from the one-room apartments C5 and C6, and the apartment C3, which have one bathroom only), and all apartments also have their own heating system.

The apartments do not have their own air conditioning, but the natural ventilation, which provides plenty of fresh air, and the careful restoration of the building itself, ensure that the temperature indoors is always pleasant even in the hottest months; during the winter every apartment has its own, independent heating system and temperature control system.
