The villa nestles among the sweet rolling hills of Tuscany, along one of the borders most hotly disputed between Florence and Siena, in close contact with the Chianti Classico area and near to an ancient spring, all of these being some of the most important features of the Siena area.

They can go on many excursions on foot, by bike or by car, such as the footpath in the midst of enchanting scenery which takes them to the mediaeval town of Casole d'Elsa, just 800 m away, set on a hilltop dominating the Elsa Valley, a land of boundless suggestion. Using the quiet and peaceful villa as their base, guests can easily visit the most important historical centres of Tuscany: Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Volterra, Pisa, Arezzo and the coast.
