The villa nestles among the sweet rolling hills of Tuscany, along one of the borders most hotly disputed between Florence and Siena, in close contact with the Chianti Classico area and near to an ancient spring, all of these being some of the most important features of the Siena area.

The villa comprises three detached villas containing 15 elegantly furnished apartments featuring stone outer walls, cotto floors, wood-beam ceilings, bathrooms lined with quality marble, independent entrances and gardens, independent heating and air-conditioning, satellite TV and services in each room.
Swimming pool
The resort also features 4 hectares of parkland, three panoramic salt-water swimming pools with a chlorine-electrolysis disinfection system, one 16 x 8m, another 9 x 8m with whirlpool and a 25 square metre pool for children, a large solarium in travertine with umbrellas and sunbeds, parking, mountain bikes, childrens playground, internet point, a shared laundry with ironing facilities and coin-operated washing machines and a barbecue for open-air grills. The Restaurant inside the Resort offers guests the finest dishes and wines of Tuscany.
Swimming pool
During their holidays, guests at the villa can choose from a wide variety of tourist itineraries. They can go on many excursions on foot, by bike or by car, such as the footpath in the midst of enchanting scenery which takes them to the mediaeval town of Casole d'Elsa, just 800 m away, set on a hilltop dominating the Elsa Valley, a land of boundless suggestion. Using the quiet and peaceful villa as their base, guests can easily visit the most important historical centres of Tuscany: Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Volterra, Pisa, Arezzo and the coast.
