Location: the charming, medieval country estate uncontaminated oasis is located in the middle of the Crete Senesi covering more than one thousand hectares entirely enclosed to be exclusively enjoyed by those who choose it as their holiday destination and by the few people who work there.
The villa is surrounded by a large exclusive park with gazebo, and is furnished with late 19th-early 20th century pieces.
Swimming pool
Description: the farmhouse is located in a village of medieval origin, but it took its current shape in the seventeenth century. Services: the villa has a private entrance to the exclusive park with high-growing trees that surrounds it, where there is a pool. Both the swimming pool available to guests of the farm holiday centre and the villas exclusive pool are open from May to September and are equipped with sunshades, tables, chairs, and deck chairs.
The childrens playing area is next to the pool of the farm holiday centre and also has a bowls pitch.
The tennis court is available to our guests during daytime. At the guest's disposal: barbecue and laundry room.
Dining room
Composition: the beautiful masters villa has an austere Tuscan architectural structure with base shoe, of some 600 square metres distributed on two floors.
On the ground floor you will find the entrance, a large sitting room with Tuscan-style fireplace, a sitting-room, a dining room, a card room, a TV room, bathroom, a large kitchen with fireplace, a service room and a cellar.
On the first floor there is a billiard room, a double bedroom + bathroom with tub, four twin-bedded rooms, each with its own bathroom with tub, and a single room + bathroom with shower.
LIving room
Accomodation: the 9 apartments, furnished in style, have independent entrance and private shaded external space or terrace, equipped with tables and chairs for eating al fresco.
Each apartment consists of a large living-room with fireplace, kitchen (equipped with oven, cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher), two or three bedrooms and always two bathrooms with shower or bath. A private area outside, or a terrace furnished with table and chairs for dining out are provided for each apartment.
All the kitchens in the apartments and in the villa are equipped with cookers, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
