Restaurant

Menu: our chef will let you discover genuine tastes of Italian cooking, recalling the country Umbrian tradition, skilfully readjusted.
Different tastes are matched to proper wines, to be selected from a wide range of labels.
Dishes are prepared using our genuine products as well as local ones. Bread and pasta are hand made. Our menu also includes vegetarian meals.

Lunch

Breakfast: breakfast is served in the veranda. The buffet offers bread, desserts, home-made cakes and biscuits, jams and fresh eggs.
Lunch and dinner: in the cellar you can also taste wines, local cheese and salami.
Guests spending here at least one week, will be offered a welcome supper.
Reservation for dinner is to be made within 10 o’clock of the same day.
