Cultivation

Cultivations: in the farm kitchen, the farm’s home produced vegetables, olive oil and fruit, are transformed into culinary delights for guests.
On the farm we cultivate, using the organic method of cultivation, our own summer and winter vegetables for our typical Apulia restaurant.

Animal Farm: we have a small herd of ionian goats which give good and tasty milk for flavorful cheese.
Also Camilla, our beautifull Sicilian donkey, is a member of our big and growing family.
