the country house was born by the renewal of an old farmhouse.
the property is situated in a park of eleven thousand mq, with high trunk plants, a big swimming pool with an inimitable natural landscape.
The farmhouse is near Todi and many mediaeval borghi, castels and very interesting cultural artistic places around 2530 km.
Layout:it has two floors, at the ground level you can find the reception, the bar, two dining rooms, the offices, two training rooms and a meeting place.
At the first floor you can find eleven bedrooms, single and double, they all have private bath, TV, phone, internet access and a library.
