Description

The holiday house is located in the town of Spello. This small town, an ancient Roman colony, is one of the most beautiful towns in Italy.

Visiting the old town will seem to relive the splendor of the ancient Roman Julia Colony. Visit the numerous Etruscan and Roman monuments, churches and fresco works by important painters, among which the Cappella Baglioni work by Pinturicchio that stands out in the Santa Maria Maggiore Church. Continuing your experience, we advise you to immerge yourselves in the colours and scents of the narrow streets full of flowers, the same colours that you will find in the countryside surrounding the historical town center. One of the most beautiful streets where you can enjoy a breath-taking view of the surrounding valley, with Assisi and Perugia in the background, is the one we are. At just a short walk from the apartment you can reach the main attractions. During the "Manifestazione delle Infiorate" Flower Festival & Exhibition, you will be able to see the "flower carpets" laid out on the street before you, from the apartment’s windows. Our apartments are accessed through one of the most characteristic stone entrances in the town in which we have created just the right relaxing atmosphere for your stay. The rooms are on the bottom of the old town centre, at a few meters from the parking (free), in which mosaics of a Roman villa have recently been discovered, and you can visit them. Not far from the square there are lots of cafés, piadina bar, pizzerias, restaurants and shops. The rooms are all equipped with bathroom with shower, refrigerator, TV, small cooking corner and heating. To all our customers we provide with towels and bed linen. The linen change and cleaning are provided for stays longer than 7 days. Half-board supplement of € 20.00 per person, with dinner in a farmhouse or restaurant wine bar in Old Town. For those who would like to immerse themselves in the landscape of Mount Subasio, we organize horse rides also for the less experienced. Transfer service to and from airport and railway station. Tasting of local products.
