The property

Villa with swimming pool and a panoramic view of the coast of the Ionian Sea close to Santa Maria di Leuca. Built in stone according to the ancient tradition of the local farmers (the “trulli” of the Salento).

This villa is divided into two connected parts. The first part is composed of two independent “trullis” (one features a master bedroom with a private bathroom, the other a twin bedroom with a private bathroom).

Living

The second part is the main building with a view of the sea and includes a large living room with a fireplace, a furnished kitchen (no dishwasher), two bedrooms with air conditioning, one a master bedroom , the other a twin room, a storage/laundry room with washing machine. The bathroom with shower/bath, is shared. Both in front of and behind the buildings, there are shady patios paved with “pietra leccese” (leccese stone) with inserts of bedrock where wonderful caper-shrubs grow.

A bedroom

Outside, there are also showers and a large garden which surrounds the whole house and gently slopes down to the sea. The sea is only 5/10 minutes away on foot down a pathway.
The rent includes all bills and bed and bath linen.
Water and final cleaning is not included.

There is a cleaning fee of 100 euro.
In August, the villa is only available for the whole month.
A discount is offered for periods of more than 3 weeks proportional to the length of the stay.
