Location: the classic style Villa, recently restored, is located in a privileged position at 50 m from the sandy beach and roughly 100 m from the centre of San Vincenzo.
The seaside spot which also has a tourist harbour (300 m away), which in the evening becomes a destination for pleasant walks. A good departure point for those who want to combine a holiday at the seaside with excursions throughout Tuscany and to the island of Elba.

Terrace

Composition: the villa is subdivided into comfortable and well-lit apartments, adorned with new and beautiful furniture which in every detail gives a welcoming and cared for ambience.
There is also a separate casetta for the customers use at the back of the villa in the outdoor space.

Services: all the apartments are equipped with TV-Satellite, air conditioning and independent heating.
The apartment terraces have views to the sea and have tables and chairs from which one can enjoy this splendid view of the sea and an unforgettable sunset in the evening.
