In Pollone, a small village at the foot of the Biellesi pre-alps, our residence, in a green and relaxing area, is awaiting you for holidays, business and study.

Ideal for those who love nature, mountain excursions and long walks.

The courtyard

Location: the residence is a few minutes walk from the centre of the village which has all types of services: shops, bank, post office, pharmacy, bar, ice cream parlour, and restaurants. Several cultural and amusing places are a few kilometres from the residence, as well as the sanctuaries of Oropa, Graglia, Andorno and the monastery of Bose.

A living-room

For those who enjoy sports, alpine and country skiing, paths for mountain bike and trekking, horse riding, golf courses, tennis, swimming pools, beach volley fields, skating and curling are close by. For those who love shopping there are several outlets of the most famous textile and fashion brands, in the area.

A bed-room

The three two-room apartments fairly large (65 m3), are furnished in a simple and comfortable way. All apartments have TV, stereo, DVD player, dish washing machine, electric and microwave ovens, washing machine and reserved car parking. They have a beautiful and panoramic view on Burcina park (natural reserve) and on the Biellese plain.
