Position: the property stands at 760 mts height, on the central Appennino in the green woods of Umbria and very close to artistic cities such as Gubbio (32 km), Perugia (64 km), Assisi (74 km), Urbino (50 km).

Description: the house has been completely restored but keeping the tipical old country stile. It is composed of 5 comfortable apartments, furnished with care and equipped with kitchen and private bathroom. You can also find a good family-run restaurant in the sorroundigs where you will able to taste local dishes.
