Courtyard

The Restaurant is set inside the courtyard and the inner rooms. Serves lunch + dinner - only on request.
Lunch is available every day; Dinner is served 6 days a week. For a Group of minimum 6 people, dinner may be made available every evening (to be requested in advance).

Breakfast room

We will offer you a delicious Umbrian Cookery, very genuine, thanks to the exclusive use of the Typical Products of our area:

- the typical Products of our farm: extra virgin olive oil, Acacia & Flowermix honey, vegetables, eggs, “Chianina “cattle meat (is the one of the T-bone steak), wild boar meat;
- the White, Red, Dry, Sweet Vines & Grappe of Umbria’s main Cellars;
- the DOC Red & White Wines of our Tuscan farm (in Cortona);
- the other Typical Products of the Umbrian Farms: milk, salami, ham, cheese, yoghurt, fruits, lamb, pork and chicken meat…;
- the Tea & Herb Infusions of the a nearby farm;
- the Fish of the Trasimeno Lake;
- the Potatoes & Legumes of Colfiorito (Umbrian hills).

Moreover, Pasta, Cakes & Bread are home made by our Cooker.

Courtyard

Special Menu are available (to be requested in advance):

- Vegetarian, Vegan, egg free, glutin free, milk products free...;
- other kind of Tailor made Menu;
- Medieval Cookery (minimum 10 people, to be requested 14 days in advance).

Moreover, the Resort features facilities with the best local Restaurants nearby (2, 5 and 8 Km) and in Umbria’s main Towns (Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Torgiano, Montone, Umbertide,…).
A list of Restaurants is given to each Guest at arrival; our Staff is always at the Guest’s full disposal for any info and reservations.
