Dining room: there is a pleasant dining room at your disposal, where you can enjoy our traditional food, and the opportunity to try our range of activities such as Italian cooking courses, wine tasting and guided tours of the region.

Cuisine courses: our Italian cuisine course is designed for all lovers of good food. Special attention will be given to the regional cuisine of Abruzzo, which is rich in tradition and flavour.
We will teach you the traditional art of pasta making and how to make some traditional dishes such as maccheroni alla chitarra, Lamb egg and cheese, etc.

Weekend wine tasting: our region produces some of the most popular Italian wines, like Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, Trebbiano d'Abruzzo, Pecorino and many more. Friendly expert tutors will be happy to introduce you to this wonderful world so that you can taste, learn and enjoy at this relaxing and friendly event.

Guided wine tasting tour of local vineyards: we offer a unique experience for both wine enthusiasts and those just looking for a relaxing and beautiful environment in which to enjoy a great day out.
We will visit at least two winemakers where you will stroll around the vines, enjoying the surrounding views and discovering the different varieties that they grow.
We will give you information about the wine making process and we will offer you the opportunity to taste and buy their products.

Common room

Guided tasting tour to a local cheesemaker: shepherds have always been important to the history, culture and lifestyle of our Region. Even now, cheese is one of the main elements of our traditional cuisine.
You will have the opportunity to discover everything that you need to know about the world of cheese, and you will see how skills with a long family tradition combined with the benefits of modern stainless steel equipment can produce some of the finest cheeses in Italy.

Guided tour through Abruzzo: one third of our Region is designated as National or Regional parkland, and for this reason has been called the “Green Region of Europe”.
The protected area is the home of rare flora and fauna such as the brown bear, the wolf and the chamois.We are able to arrange guided tours for our guests in beautiful places such as:
