Our cuisine: comes from the agripastoral economic past, all the meat cooked in the farmhouse is produced by us, and also tough wheat for making traditional home made bread and pasta like "Su Civraxiu" and "Su Coccoi".
The variety of chees like "Pecorino Sardo", wine, typical sweets ("Zippuasa", "Seadas"), delicious sausages, salami, etc... all our products are excellent considering the high quality of local production, made with ancient natural methods.
