Location: the stone castle that comprises the inn rises above the Umbrian and Tuscan landscape giving one the possibility to easily reach unforgettable towns and villages such as Perugia, Gubbio, Cortona, Cetona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Assisi, several hot springs areas, and more.

The villa is one corner of the walled village, called Paciano. This village is so small and rural that one may not find it on a map, yet it is only an hour to Rome or to Florence by train or car.

Living room with frescoes

Composition: the bed nad breakfast has only a few choice rooms for particular guests who can appreciate the fine appointments and the personal service. Each room is a double room with private bath. Upon request, additional beds can be added.
What to do: we organise personalized, private classes in Italian Cuisine, and private dinners inside the fortress castle or in the magnificent garden.
Or perhaps one would rather walk the quiet paths and roads, visit the olive farms and the vineyards, ride a horse through the hills, paint, take photos.

Sport: because of the villa's strategic location you can do horse riding, trekking, parachuting, canoeing, sports fishing, sailing, wind surfing, and water skiing, tennis, bowling, swimming.
