Position: the small villa is located near the Umbro Apennine, within the National Park of the “Monte Sibylline”, in loc. Forca Canapine in the city of Norcia located at an altitude of 1600 metres, isolated yet at the same time close to the other small villas.
Description: the structure is divided into 2 levels joined by a wooden internal stairwell.
Services: autonomously controlled heating, drinkable water and electricity, the gas consumed in loco will have to be paid.

Surrounding Area: as already mentioned, the villa is located in the Umbro Apennine area, 10 km from Castelluccio, 20 km from Norcia, 30 km from Cascia, 40 km from Spoleto and a 45 minute drive from the Adriatic Sea in the city of S. Benedetto del Tronto.
By a three hour walk it is possible to arrive at the lakes of Pilato that are found at the peak of Mount Vettore, it is the most monotonous area of the Sibylline, with its 2.476 metres in altitude from which it is possible to enjoy a breathtaking view.
In the area of the structure there are also typical restaurants where it is possible to taste products of the Umbria area.

Landscape in summer

Sport: there is the possibility in loco to carry out various sporting activities, like Paragliding and Hand gliding at the Prodelta school.
The courses are held within the large plain, it is also possible to take a horseback ride, a bicycle ride or a walk within the forests with various paths indicated which provide the possibility of seeing various protected wildlife in their natural surroundings.
