Our home cooking originates from experience and some good habits, such as the use of the produce the land offers us according to season.

Particular attention is given to local dishes, simple yet rich in flavours and perfumes. All rigorously prepared in the home!
The cooking is done by Mamma Pia who still loves to roll her own pasta with a rolling pin, her specialities: vegetable pies, testaroli, le lasagne bastarde (with chestnut flour), vegetable bakes, lamb roasted in “testi” and many other things that you can discover... at our place.

A Typical Farm Menu: mixed home-made salami with sgabei, cabbage rolls, pie with wild herbs.
Tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, farrum soup.
Roast lamb with potatoes and artichokes.
Pear cake with chocolate.
