Description: this apartment has been built out of the stone section of the farmhouse which was extended in 1944 and initially used as a stable, it was restored in 2005 in compliance with green building methods and with the exclusive use of original materials such as exposed wooden beams, old fired brick, exposed stone and Roman lime.

Bedroom

Composition: it has its own entrance from the garden and is located on the ground floor.
It has a kitchen which is fully fitted with all modern appliances and kitchenware and a living area measuring 17 metres squared and featuring a beautiful old cast iron stove.
One bedroom measuring 15 metres squared with a double bed and an additional single bed as well as a bathroom with shower measuring 4 metres squared.

Bathroom

It has an outdoor portico and area with a wooden table and chairs situated in the garden, and from here you can enjoy a beautiful view over the entire valley.

The bedrooms and bathrooms come with linen. The buildings remain very cool even during the summer months.

The apartment has original antique furniture which has all been carefully restored with the use of eco-friendly products.
