Description: beautifully preserved thanks to an environment-friendly restoration that preserved its original characteristics, it has also been made comfortable and functional.

Tiziano and Patrizia, who run the place with energy and warmth, came here five years ago and started their labour of love, the restoration of Monte Santa Maria Tiberina 1154, preserving its fine character—beamed ceilings, stone walls, cotto floors, original fireplace—while adding modern comforts.

Composition: the farmhouse is divided into five 1-2-3-bedroom suites, with stylish rural while snug interiors—none are the same and each has its own flair.
The apartments are furnished with fine antique furniture perfectly suited to the building. Tiziano himself did the restoration using environment-friendly products and paints.
