Description: the apartment offers three comfortable and well appointed rooms in the delightful town of Letojanni, a short distance from Taormina.

It has a marvelous view of the sea which lies literally across the street from your front door. You can admire sunrise and stroll along the beach and enjoy a granita in one of the many caffè in the main square.
From your apartment you are just walking distance from supermarkets, the pharmacy, restaurants, pizzerie and shopping. Composition: the apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a smaller bedroom with a single bed and a closet, a small living room which has a corner for cooking, and a bathroom with a shower.
In the living room there is also a sofa bed, a closet, a comfortable easy chair, various pieces of furniture and another closet. The decor is sunny with yellow tones prevailing. The apartment has two refrigerators and a tv with a parabolic antenna.
