Restaurant

Ligurian gastronomy: derives from ancient tradition of semplicity and naturalness. Its cultivations on Riviera sunshine produce vegetables of incomparable flavour (Basil, Olives, Artichokes, Olive oil, Salads etc). Preservation of such products became necessary in view of the then long navigation journeys. That is why the ancient Ligurian cousine was, and still is, rich, creative and tasteful. Finale Ligure 142 is proud to have inherited its spirit and naturally blended it into our sauces and oils.

Breakfast

Breakfast: in the sunny Veranda with home-made cakes and pies, Pizza and Focaccia, Juices and fruit s in season, marmelades and jams of the Finale Ligure 142, yoghurt... and, on demand, salami, cheeses and eggs from our “Corte”.

Restaurant

Restaurant: dinner in the terrace in the “Food&Wine Restaurant” of the relais with typical Ligurian dishes, fresh fish, Desserts of the Chef, and wine from all over Italy.

Banqueting

Wine Cellar – Tasting and Selling of typical products: a nice surprice is waiting for you a few meters from the restaurant. We’ve created a wine cellar in an ancient pond, where you can taste and buy the best products: marmalades and jams, extravirgin oil with “Taggiasche” olives, Nostralino red and white wine, artischokes, “mandarello” and “limoncino” and more than 200 typical Italian wines.
