Città della Pieve 499 is a private, very romantic Villa / country house only for one group of guests. With the exception of high season, it is also possible to rent out a part of the Villa. The old Farmhouse is completely restored using only natural and organic materials, beautifully decorated with antique furnishings of a German aristocratic family, and surrounded by great oak trees and a lovely garden.

Villa Citta' della Pieve 499

The house is about 200 years old and is positioned on a hill with an enticing view. The pool is gently set within the olive grove and is equipped with wooden chairs and umbrellas. The property consists of 8 hectares (or about 16 acres) on which the proprietor also produces organic wine and oil.
A low chemical pool surrounded by an olive grove is provided to our guests for a hot summers day, fully furnished with wooden lawn chairs and umbrellas.

Citta' della Pieve 499 Welcome

A few steps from the kitchen terrace is the wooden pergola with a tiled roof and overgrown with Roses, Jasmine and Vines. The large table seats up to 12 guests and is sheltered by to much sun or the occasional raindrop.
A stone built barbecue with integrated basin and fridge is alongside. A natural terrace/ridge gives shelter from cool wind in the evening or early and late season. A small kitchen garden provides you with herbs, tomatoes and salad for your dinners under the stars.
