If you wish to proceed and confirm your booking, just follow the simple indications below:

- Follow instructions to pay the advance.
When we receive your booking we will send you, on confirmation, a voucher via email.
:: Details for payments

The details of how to pay the bank transfer as the name of the beneficiary and the name of his/her bank, will be supplied at the end of the reservation request process.

:: Regulations
- The total settlement will be paid at arrival at Cinigiano 461.
- The payment must be done with Credit Card and Debit Card, Bank Transfer, Cash or Cheque,
- At arrival a security deposit of 20 % of the total is required.
- Arrivals must be between 14:00 and 20:00.
- Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
- Weekly stays go from saturday to saturday.
:: Cancellation Policy- Cancellations from 60 dd on arrival to 34 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 30% of the total price.
- Cancellations from 33 dd on arrival to 29 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 40% of the total price.
- Cancellations from 28 dd on arrival to 15 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 60% of the total price.
- Cancellations from 14 dd on arrival to 8 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 80% of the total price.
- Cancellations from 7 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
