: the apartment is placed at the second floor of a small building few meters far from the beach of Cecina Marina.
You have only to cross the central Della Vittoria Avenue and you are on the beach .
Della Vittoria Avenue is restricted traffic zone therefore whole area is very quite and silent.
Back of the hose there is a beautiful pine forest where to seat and rest or leave children playing in the park. Few minutes walking there is the centre of Cecina Marina where you can find shops, supermarkets, travel agencies, internet-points, banks, cinemas, restaurants and buses to reach Cecina downtown (1.5 km ) and from there many other destinations .
A maximum of 6 persons are allowed to stay in the Apartment.
The layout of the apartment is a main entrance, a bath-room with shower and bath, a large living-room with a table, 6 chairs, a sideboard and a divan-bed for two persons.
Near the living-room you have a separate cooking area where you can find cooker, refrigerator, sink, oven, pans and cutlery. From the living room you can go to a large terrace where to eat, lay in the sun and have a beautiful view to the sea and sunset
The bedroom is roomy and comfortable with a large double bed, a wardrobe and a bunk bed for two.
In the courtyard there is parking for one car.
