The residence "Casperia 1427" is located in the heart of Sabina in the small town of Casperia, only 60 kilometers from Rome. The town can be reached by the Fiumicino Express train in 40 minutes from Poggio Mirteto (12 km) with car park or shuttle bus connections. Visitors can take excursions to Spoleto, Assisi, Orvieto, Viterbo (the ancient center and the baths), Bomarzo, Farfa, etc.

Casperia is a medieval town and its urban structure is unchanged, the streets are paved with stone and only pedestrians can use them. The food and wine of the Sabina area come as a pleasant discovery for visitors and connoisseurs (oil, wine and other specialties).
