Our large dining rooms with their interplay of lighting are venues for meetings, communication and for the pleasure of tasting the typical simple flavours of Tuscan and vegetarian cooking. Our food reflects nature’s seasons and recaptures its importance as the prime source of energy and health.
Tuscan food and its traditions and simplicity have been rediscovered by our Chef and have been enhanced by the use of biologically cultivated products.
A simple vegetarian diet accompanies the Health and Beauty Centre programmes, ideal for those who enjoy light meals without giving up flavoursome food.
Fish courses served fresh from the Tyrrhenian Sea are cooked using simple straightforward methods.

The Fireside Room
The fireside room is the main dining room and has a traditional wide Tuscan fireplace. This room can seat 200 guests; however, it is normally divided by an attractive centrally placed buffet.

The Belvedere Room
The Belvedere room has a panoramic view towards the Arcidosso village. It is reserved for those following a vegetarian or special diet.

The "Fior di Loto" (Lotus Flower) Restaurant
The "Fior di Loto" Restaurant has a very attractive dining room. It is open to the public and is an ideal location for intimate dining.
