Location: the residence is located in the beautiful surroundings of the Chianti region, more precisely in the area of Chianti Colli Fiorentini.
It offers its guests a variety of exclusive services.
The wide garden surrounds its visitor with myrtle, juniper, oak trees, tamarisk and strawberry trees enriching the atmosphere with their aromatic scent and the typical colours of Tuscany. Services: this elegant country estate comprises a magnificent swimming pool, graceful terraces, a floodlit tennis court and a romantic ornamental pond compliment the luxurious accommodation.
On the ground:

• Barbecue: there are several possibilities for barbecues and eating outside, the garden pavilion is equipped with chairs
• Table tennis and the tennis court are free of charge
• Laundry: washing machine,ironing board and iron,use free of charge
• Parking: Inside the ground there are 1 — 2 parking lots for each apartment.
Guest accommodation: comprises 3 independent villas and 8 apartments. The apartments’ names are inspired by the Mediterranean flora: Mirto, Ginepro, Tamerice, Leccio.
The interior of each apartment is characterized by the beautiful details and materials of typical Tuscan tradition like wood and terra-cotta.
All apartments have a kitchen, satellite TV, telephone, independent heating, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, safe, hairdryer and each room has a ventilator.

Transports: the Train station of Empoli is 6 km from the farm; there is an excellent train connection (30 min. trip) to Florence.
Banks: The nearest bank is at Pozzale (4,5 km).
Post office: At Monterappoli (3 km).
Food store: The nearest food store is a small supermarket at Pozzale. There is a local fruit and vegetable market on Wednesday mornings.
Chemist: At Pozzale. On week-ends you will find on its door information on the chemist on duty.
Petrol station: Pozzale/Casenuove – 24 h service.
