The booking requires a deposit of 40 % of the total price payable with Bank Transfer

Regulations

The total settlement will be paid 7 days before the arrival at Santa Maria a Monte 1202.
The payment must be done with Bank Transfer,
At arrival a security deposit of 30 % of the total is required.
Arrivals must be between 15:00 and 18:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
Weekly stays go from saturday to saturday.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 90 dd on arrival to 46 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 40% of the total price.
Cancellations from 45 dd on arrival to 16 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price.
Cancellations from 15 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 85% of the total price.
